1/2c franks hot sauce, Sriracha (or other hot sauce, compliant or not as is your wish)
3T ghee, melted
2t apple cider (optional)
1t honey (optional)
chicken wings

Preheat oven to 500°f. Place wings on a rack over baking sheet or on parchment on baking sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until done.

While chicken is roasting, make the sauces. In a small rounded bowl, slowly stream ghee into the hot sauce while whisking at a good pace. Add in sweetener if desired.

Ranch
egg
1/2c grapeseed oil
1/4c coconut milk
1.5t dried minced onion
1t fresh lemon juice
1t garlic powder
1/2t fresh ground black pepper
pinch of lemon zest
salt to taste
2 handfuls of rough chop cilantro

Crack egg into a food processor or bowl with an immersion blender. While blender is on stream in oil. Add in coconut milk, lemon juice, spices and half the cilantro. Blend until a bit green, add in salt to taste. Add in the rest of the cilantro and blend for a couple of seconds until you have nice chopped greens in the dressing.
