It’s still sort of amazing to me what an embarrassment of riches this James Beard Tour de Farm dinner was. The chefs were Barton Seaver, Andrew Zimmern, Tim McKee (2009 James Beard, Best Chef: Midwest), accompanied by their hyper-talented friends, a wine assist from the James Beard award winning author Drink This, Dara Moskowitz Grumdahl and featuring an amazing selection of freshly picked ingredients and artisnal products like cheese from nearby Love Tree Farm.
